Cozy Reflection is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information to provide you with the best possible experience:

• Journal Entries: Your reflections, notes, and journal entries are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your private cloud account.
• App Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve app functionality and user experience.
• Device Information: Basic device information (type, OS version) to ensure compatibility and optimize performance.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Cozy Reflection app

• To allow synchronization of your data across devices (if you choose to enable sync)

• Cloud Sync (Optional): If you enable cloud synchronization, your encrypted data is stored on secure servers to allow access across your devices.

You can switch between these options at any time in the app settings.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Secure data storage if you enable cloud sync

Cozy Reflection does not use cookies for tracking purposes. We respect "Do Not Track" signals and do not engage in cross-app tracking or advertising.

Cozy Reflection is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

Your Rights & Choices

• Export your journal entries at any time
• Opt-out of non-essential communications
• Disable cloud synchronization and delete cloud-stored data
• Request a copy of all data we have about you
• Delete your account and all associated data

If you use cloud synchronization, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable laws.
